Terms of Service
The legal terms for using LookSpeak, including plans, permitted use, and liability boundaries.
1. Agreement and Operator
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LookSpeak and lookspeak.ai. LookSpeak is operated by Neoartisan Labs, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using LookSpeak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Privacy and Data Context
Your use of LookSpeak is also subject to our Privacy Policy. LookSpeak is designed for local-by-default gaze and dictation workflows, while account and billing information is processed to provide access, validate purchases, and support operations. Optional analytics is collected only when enabled in settings.
3. Accounts and Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or other security incidents affecting your account.
4. Plans, Billing, and Refunds
LookSpeak may offer free and paid plans, add-ons, and usage limits. Pricing, renewal terms, and billing details are disclosed at purchase. You may cancel to stop future renewals, and paid access generally remains active through the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use LookSpeak for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; interfere with system integrity; or attempt unauthorized access to any account, network, or infrastructure. You also may not reverse engineer or extract source code except where such rights cannot be limited by law.
6. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LookSpeak for personal or internal business use. All software, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Neoartisan Labs, LLC or our licensors, and no ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
LookSpeak may include integrations or links to third-party products and services. We do not control third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party functionality, content, or policies.
8. Service Disclaimer and Liability Limits
LookSpeak is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for LookSpeak in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Suspension, Updates, and Contact
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use creates legal, security, or operational risk. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms unless law requires a different process.
