This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LookSpeak plans, licenses, and add-ons made through our official channels. LookSpeak is operated by Neoartisan Labs, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), and this policy explains when and how refund requests are reviewed.

Refund eligibility applies to paid purchases associated with LookSpeak subscriptions or license access where a payment was successfully processed. Pricing, billing terms, and renewal details are presented at purchase and form part of your transaction terms.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@lookspeak.ai from the email tied to your purchase and include your receipt details, purchase date, and reason for the request. Missing purchase details may delay or prevent review until verification is complete.

4. Refund Window

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, we provide a 30-day refund window starting from the initial purchase date. After that window, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a subscription renews before cancellation, the renewal charge is typically not refundable.

5. Review and Processing

Refund requests are evaluated against this policy, purchase history, and abuse-prevention controls. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, and settlement timing depends on your payment provider or bank.

6. Policy Changes
