Open LookSpeak
Launch it from Applications. On first launch, onboarding starts automatically.

Grant permissions
Allow Camera, Microphone, and Accessibility so LookSpeak can track gaze, capture speech, and write into focused windows. Everything runs locally and is private by default.

Run gaze calibration
Follow the calibration targets as they move through each zone to map your gaze and validate tracking quality.

Click ⌘R or switch to Always On
Press Command-R for on-demand dictation, or switch to Always On from the menu bar for continuous activation. While active, LookSpeak tracks your gaze and writes where you speak in the window you are looking at.

Optionally fine-tune mode, zones, and models
Configure interaction mode (Look & Speak or Voice Only), choose 4/6/8 zones, and pick a model size based on the speed-versus-quality tradeoff that fits your workflow.
